For the wholemeal pancakes, preheat the oven to 250 °C. Whisk flour, milk, mineral water, egg, salt and nutmeg with the snow pea to a smooth pancake batter.

Melt butter in a pan and fry the wholemeal pancakes in batches on both sides.

Spread the warm wholemeal pancakes with applesauce, sprinkle with cinnamon, roll up and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Preparation Tip:

The whole wheat pancakes can of course be spread, filled and sprinkled with other ingredients.
