For the white chocolate plum tiramisu, heat 50 ml of the whipping cream in a saucepan and melt the white chocolate in it. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge.

Remove the seeds from the plums and cut them into small pieces. Whip the remaining 100 ml of whipped cream until stiff. Also whip the chocolate mixture a little with the mixer. Gradually fold in the whipped cream.

Prepare 2-3 glasses or small bowls. Empty the egg liqueur into a small bowl. Break the biscuits into the right length and roll them in the egg liqueur.

Line the bottom with them, put a layer of the cream-chocolate mixture on top and then spread plums on top. Again place the sponge balls dipped in eggnog, top with top mixture and finally plum pieces.
