Mix all ingredients for the dough in a large bowl form and mix with water until a well rollable dough is formed.

Put the dough on a greased baking tray and roll out thinly.

Later rest for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, clean and cut the vegetables quite and lay them out on the dough. Put the whipped cream, chufas nuts, spices, egg yolks, salt and ferment cereal in a suitable bowl and mix well. Later pour everything together over the vegetables.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For healthy people:

Sprinkle with a tiny bit of hard grated feta cheese to taste.
