Catalogna rinse, prepare (ready to cook, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt) and cut into small pieces. Chop onion and garlic and steam in a little hot butter until soft. Add vegetables, steam briefly until soft. Extinguish with soup. Add lemon peel and juice of one lemon. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the mushrooms. Fry the meat in the remaining hot butter on both sides for about 5 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add the mushrooms to the vegetables, pour in the cream sauce and bring to the boil again. Arrange the sauce vegetables with the meat on plates.

Serve with long grain rice or noodles.
