Instructions:

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Peel and dice the onion and fry it lightly in oil. Add the diced meat, fry it, add the garlic and fry it briefly.

Mix in tomato paste and paprika powder, pour in soup and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add the diced peppers and the drained beans. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Mix the crème fraîche with the starch and thicken the ragout with it. Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of rice also fit spaetzle.
