Heat oven (times are for convection oven) to 200 °C.

Cut the rolls in half, drizzle with oil and crisp up a little for 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes and mozarella into slices. Cover the toasted halves of the rolls with the tomato slices and season. Put the mozarella on the tomatoes and season with fresh black pepper.

Bake for another 5 min at 150 °C in the oven. Fresh basil leaves on the rolls form. Use the remaining tomato slices and basil for garnish.
