For the T-bone steak with mushroom gnocchi, first salt and pepper the T-bone steak. Sear hot on both sides for about 5 minutes on each side. Wrap in aluminum foil and put in the oven at 80°C for about 50 minutes.

Prepare gnocchi dough, make thin rolls out of it and cut gnocchi diagonally with a table knife. Cook them in slightly boiling water for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and coarsely slice mushrooms. Peel and dice onion. Fry the onion in the same pan as the meat. When the onions are golden brown, add the peeled and coarsely diced garlic cloves.

Add the mushrooms and sauté until nicely browned. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.

When the gnocchi are done cooking, add them to the mushrooms. Remove meat from oven after 50 minutes and sear again on both sides, 5 minutes each side.

Season gnocchi with mushrooms to taste. Serve the T-bone steak with mushroom gnocchi.
