For the sweet potatoes with rosemary, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Put these slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush oil on the top, salt and sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary.

Bake the sweet potato slices in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. (Test them with a fork – if you can easily pierce them, they are ready).
