Rinse long grain rice in a colander and drain. Bring to a boil in a saucepan with 350 ml water and nori. Remove the nori and cook the long-grain rice at low temperature with the lid closed for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the stove, place a kitchen towel between the saucepan and the lid, and let the long-grain rice swell for another 10 minutes. Transfer to a wide baking dish to cool. In the meantime, briefly bring vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil, mix cooled thoroughly into the long-grain rice with a wooden spatula. Cover the long grain rice with a wet dish to prevent it from drying out.
