Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

You can use whatever you find leftovers in the fridge, e.g. a leftover ham, roast pork, pork chops, hard-boiled eggs in quarters or slices, pickles, cooked vegetables such as peas, cauliflower or broccoli florets, evenly distribute these ingredients in deep plates. A fabulous snack! Delicious with: Roast potatoes and a pilsner.

Dice the roast pork or cut it into thin slices. Cut the eggs into eighths, or possibly also into slices. Dice the pickles, or possibly cut them into fine fans. Remove the seeds from the chillies and dice finely. Arrange everything decoratively in deep plates, evenly distributing the capers in between, as well as the vegetables (in slices, cubes, or possibly strips) and finally decorate with herbs.

Heat the clear soup, season it very well, let the soaked gelatine melt in it, pour it over the ingredients arranged in the plate until they are all covered. Leave the plates to cool until the aspic sets.
