Instructions:

Divide the washed lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cucumber into pieces about 3 cm long and salt lightly. Wash and slice the tomato and dice the feta cheese. Place lettuce in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Roast the pumpkin seeds in a non-stick pan without fat until they are nice and plump and add them together with the tomatoes, herbs and cucumber.

Marinate with wine vinegar as well as pumpkin seed oil and mix everything gently.

Sprinkle the feta cheese over the salad.
