For stuffed zucchini, roast onion and bell bell pepper (finely diced), then add minced meat, season, pour 125 ml water and let steam for about 15 minutes.

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and hollow them out slightly, fill them with the minced meat and if you want to do it quickly – as I did today – steam them in a large pan with a little water for about 15 minutes.

Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and cover with a lid and let stand for about 5 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Stuffed zucchini is best served with rice or potatoes.
