Instructions:

For stuffed kohlrabi, first cook rice according to package directions.

Peel kohlrabi and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes until al dente. Then scoop out.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the meat loaf into cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion in it. Remove from heat and mix with meatloaf, rice, half of the cheese and yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Fill this mixture into the hollowed out kohlrabi.

Place the kohlrabi in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pour soup all around. Place in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

Arrange the stuffed kohlrabi and serve.
