Total time: 30 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

For the strawberry colada jam, quarter or halve the cleaned strawberries and mix them with the preserving sugar in a pot.

Boil water in a pot and sterilize the jars and lids in it. Put them on clean kitchen towels and let them drain.

Then bring the strawberries to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until bubbly, according to package directions, 3-6 minutes. If a lot of foam forms, skim it off, this will increase the shelf life.

Make a jelly test. To do this, drip some jam onto a cold plate. If it sets immediately and forms a membrane, it is ready. Then stir in the Bacardi Piña Colada. Pour into the prepared glasses. Add 1 tsp of Bacardi White Rum to each glass and light. Immediately screw the glasses with the strawberry colada jam.

Preparation Tip:

The amount is enough for about 6 small glasses! The strawberry colada jam tastes especially good to me on fresh butter striezel or brioches. It also gives pastries a light Caribbean touch!
