Instructions:

For the spinach dumplings with yogurt sauce and salad, first prepare the dumplings. Mix the milk with the eggs, add the defrosted spinach. Finely chop the chives and stir in. Season strongly with salt and nutmeg.

Mix in the dumpling bread and let stand for 20 minutes. Form dumplings from the mixture with moistened hands and steep in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
