Instructions:

Fotzel slices: Cut bread into about 8 slices (for 4 unit(s)), cut in half. Mix milk with eggs and parmesan in a deep dish, season.

Warm clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Turn bread slices in batches in the wine, then in the glaze on the other side, bake until golden on both sides, keep warm.
