Instructions:

For the chicken shanks with paprika vegetables clean and cut vegetables. Rub chicken shanks with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and rosemary and sear all over in olive oil.

Then put in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Cook the rice in salted water. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil, season, add to the shanks and roast for another 10-15 min.

Serve the chicken shanks with paprika vegetables and wild rice.

Preparation Tip:

The chicken knuckles with paprika vegetables taste also with normal rice or also with wholemeal rice or potatoes.
