For the spaghetti with shrimp and garlic chili oil, first prepare the oil already at least one day before use. Peel the garlic cloves and dice very finely. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and cut them into very fine strips. Mix garlic, chili and olive oil in a glass bottle or jam jar and allow to infuse.
