For the spaghetti squash from the oven first preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Cut the two pumpkins in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Brush the pumpkin flesh with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and slice the garlic cloves and spread them on the pumpkins along with the rosemary.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the pumpkin halves in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the pumpkins.

When removing the spaghetti squash from the oven, check with a fork if the “spaghetti” are soft.
