Instructions:

Dice bacon and fry in oil. Peel onion, chop, add. Dice liver, fry for 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Rinse sage, chop, sauté briefly. Dice tomatoes. Add chunky tomatoes, simmer on low heat for about 10 min. Add liver. Season with salt, pepper and lemon.
