Instructions:

Rub salt, pepper and garlic powder neatly into the meat.

Finely chop marjoram and rosemary and sprinkle over the meat.

Cut the fat side of the roast crosswise. Place the roast on the grill rack with the fat side up. Place the fat pan underneath and pour in 4-5 tablespoons of water, place in the preheated oven.

Roast at 180-200 °C on the 2nd rack from the bottom in the convection oven for 18 minutes per cm height of the roast.

The meat is done when it no longer yields to the pressure test with the turner.

After roasting, let it rest a little longer to allow the juices to collect.

Cut the roast pork into slices.
