Instructions:

Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with the back of a knife.

Empty the milk into a spacious pot, add the vanilla pulp and pod. Stir in the Uncle Ben’s® rice, bring to the boil and simmer, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add sugar and pour in a little milk if necessary. Season to taste.

Serve the rice pudding with ground cinnamon and chocolate chips. Garnish with mint.

Preparation Tip:

It goes well with any kind of compote. The rice pudding can be served cold or warm.
