Instructions:

For the rice pan with lamb mince, first peel the garlic, dice finely and fry 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Not too hot, otherwise it will become bitter.

Add the rice, fry briefly all around and pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil and then simmer at low heat for about 15 – 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add Cajun seasoning, strained tomatoes, juice of one lemon and salt and pepper and simmer uncovered for 15 min. Much of the liquid should evaporate.

Cut the lime into slices.

Finally, add the pistachios to the meat, stir them in, arrange in a bowl and top with the lime slices.

Now serve the rice pan with lamb mince.

Preparation Tip:

Decorate the rice with freshly chopped cilantro greens.
