Instructions:

For raznici: Cut pork tenderloin and veal chop into small cubes. Mix oil, onion, rose paprika and cayenne bell pepper and let the meat cubes soak in it.

For Cevapcici: Prepare beef and veal mince with tap water, salt and the spices to a spicy mince dough. Arrange about 16 finger-length rolls of it.

Arrange the marinated meat cubes on four grill skewers – the onion cubes on them. Grill these raznicis under preheated broiler for about 15 minutes, turning. During the last 10 min. grill the cevapcicis as well, turn once to the other side.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
