Instructions:

For the potato gratin, cut the potatoes into very thin slices.

Mix the milk with the whipping cream in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Turn the potato slices in the milk mixture.

Place the potato slices in a lightly oiled quiche dish (15 cm diameter) and pour the rest of the cream mixture from the bowl over the potatoes. Spread the cheese evenly over the potatoes.

Place the quiche dish in the cooking basket, and slide the basket into the Philips Airfryer convection air fryer. Set the timer for 15-18 minutes and bake the potato gratin at 200 °C until nicely browned and cooked.
