A cake recipe for all foodies:

Melt chocolate with kirsch, add butter, cool. Grind poppy seeds, pour red wine, stand for an hour.

Beat egg whites with salt until very firm and add sugar. Gently mix confectioners’ sugar, cornstarch and all remaining ingredients. Bake in the cake springform pan at 200 °C for 30 minutes.

It should still be very wet and will fall a little bit when it cools down. When cold, it can be covered with chocolate icing.
