For the pizza dough, mix 200 ml of water and the honey, pour in the yeast and add the wheat flour. Mix to a nice pre-dough and cover. Check after one hour.

When the pre-dough has increased its volume, add the other ingredients and the remaining water and knead for a long time, about 10 – 15 minutes.

Form the dough into a roll and divide it into 5 – 8 pieces, depending on the size of the pizza you want. Knead these pieces by hand for a few minutes, let them rise on a floured work surface under a cloth and work them into round pizza crusts one after the other.

The pizza dough is also wonderful to freeze.
