Instructions:

First, add the yeast to the water and let stand briefly so that bubbles can form.

Add about 400 g of flour with salt and oil and knead into a smooth dough (this works best with the dough hook of a mixer or food processor). Add the remaining flour. Continue kneading until the dough separates from the bowl.

Brush a large enough bowl with oil and turn the dough in it. Cover and let rise for about three quarters of an hour.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 °C. Cover two baking sheets with baking paper or flour them.

Beat the air out of the dough with your fist.

Divide the pizza dough into six equal parts. Pull out each ball into a round pizza. Do not knead too hard while doing this.

Place the pizzas on the baking sheets, top with desired ingredients and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
