For the Pear Bomb with QimiQ, remove the strudel dough from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. Preheat oven to 170°C. Place all 4 strudel sheets on top of each other and cut into 8 pieces. Brush coffee cups with butter and line with the strudel dough pieces.

Brush the strudel dough again with butter and bake at 170°C for approx. 8 – 10 minutes and allow to cool. Stir the QimiQ Vanilla until smooth, stir in the sugar, orange zest and yoghurt. Sauté the pears in butter, allow to cool and stir in. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour in the cream and chill for approx. 3 – 4 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the pear bomb with QimiQ with vanilla ice cream.
