Try this delicious pasta dish:

Whisk together flour and salt. With the dough hook, incorporate egg and oil – moist crumbs will form. Knead these with your hands on the surface to form a firm, smooth dough. If the dough does not stick together, add a little water (by the teaspoon!). Knead the dough by hand for at least 10 min, that the dough ball becomes elastic and smooth.

Later, the dough can be rolled out and further processed as you like e.g. to ravioli, lasagna sheets, ribbon noodles, etc.

Preparation variations:

The pasta dough can also be used to make a sweet filled strudel. To do this, place the dough sheet on a kitchen towel, brush with melted butter, apply any filling and roll up the dough sheet tightly using the towel. Place the strudel on a baking tray with the seam facing down. Bake in the hot oven for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the filling. Repeatedly brush with whipped cream or milk and melted butter.
