Instructions:

For the parsnips with pink pepper preheat oven to 200 °C.

Wash, clean and peel the roots.

Put an aluminum foil on top (blank side up) and place the parsnips on it.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with pink pepper.

Loosely close the aluminum foil (put a second one on top) and bake on a tray on the middle shelf for about an hour.

Salt the parsnips with pink pepper only after baking.
