Dough:

Mix eggs, then add flour, salt and milk and whisk heartily. Fold in enough water to make a smooth and thin dough. It must rest for half an hour so that the flour can fully swell and the pancakes turn out fluffy and tender.

Chili:

Peel onions and garlic clove, cut into small cubes and sauté in hot oil until soft. Add minced meat, roast until crumbly. Season with pepper, cumin, salt.
