For the organic rye bread, knead the ingredients into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour so that it can rise. Then knead it and let it rise 2 more times (in a warm place).

Put the dough into a floured bread pan and put it again in a warm place. Briefly preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat and bake the organic rye bread for about 1 hour.

Preparation Tip:

You can also mix in or sprinkle a core mix over the organic rye bread! E.g. an organic core mix with soybeans or simply pumpkin, sunflower or hazelnut seeds. Depending on your preference!
