For the orange rings, cream the butter with the sugar and stir in the egg yolks. Add the orange juice.

Add the flour and quickly knead into a dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for two hours.

Preheat the oven to 170° C hot air.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out rings. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg yolk-milk mixture and sprinkle with hail sugar and orange zest.

Bake the orange rings in the oven for about 12 minutes.
