Wash three oranges in hot water, peel very thinly. Cut the peels into thin strips. Squeeze all oranges and measure 3/4 l juice. Cut pomegranates in half, remove seeds and place in a sieve. Press through with the blender’s straining rod. Collect juice and measure out 200 cc. Make orange and pomegranate juice with sugar and orange peel for 20 min. Add Citropekt, let it go on for ten seconds. Add Opekta, let it bubble up again. Fill the jelly into clean glasses.
