For the oatmeal macaroons, first beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar. Stir the jam into the egg mixture.

Mix the oat flakes and the hazelnuts and fold into the mixture. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place small heaps of the mixture on it. Bake at 170 °C for approx. 20 minutes.

Let the oatmeal macaroons cool down and serve.
