Instructions:

For the oatmeal cake, stir THEA with organic raw sugar until very creamy, gradually stir in yolks well.

Add salt, vanilla sugar and lemon zest and stir until very fluffy.Add oatmeal with milk to the drift.

Mix raisins with flour and mix in as well. Beat egg whites with organic granulated sugar until creamy and gently fold into oatmeal mixture.

Grease and crumble a loaf pan, fill in the mixture and bake the oatmeal cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (do a needle test).

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can cover the oatmeal cake with chocolate icing. Those who do not like raisins, leave them out.
