For the oatmeal bars, first put the oatmeal, coconut flakes, almonds and raisins in a blender and grind until it becomes a nice mass.

Then put the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan and melt slowly. Once everything is melted, add the liquid to the dry mixture and blend again.

Spread the finished mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press everything down to create a smooth surface. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and spread it on the bars that have not yet been cut. Then cut into bite-sized bars.

Preparation Tip:

The oatmeal bars can be made alternatively to raisins, for example, with dried cranberries, or other dried fruit.
