For the oat flakes, mix the oat flakes with spelt flour and baking powder and place on work surface. Make a well in the center. Add honey, almond kernels, butter, lemon zest and sesame seeds and quickly knead into a smooth dough.

Form the dough into a roll of about 4 cm ø and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Place the dough on a greased baking tray and bake the oatmeal dough at 160 °C in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Oatmeal talcum powder is a wholesome sweet snack!
