Instructions:

For the nut-raisin slices, prepare a short pastry from the ingredients listed and refrigerate for 60 min.

Roll out half of the dough on a floured surface to the size of the baking tray, cover with baking paper and roll up.

Grease the baking tray, roll out the remaining dough on it and prick it a few times with a fork.

To prepare the filling, mix the ingredients for it and spread it on the dough. Roll the rolled up dough over it and put the tray in the heated oven.

Bake at 175° C hot air (electric oven: 200° C, gas oven level 3) for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and brush the hot pastry with it.

Cut the nut-raisin slices into rectangles and top each with a hazelnut.
