Instructions:

For the nut nougat drops, quickly knead all the ingredients for the dough together and chill the dough for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out drop-shaped cookies. Bake them in a 170°C oven for about 10 – 12 minutes. Warm the nut nougat slightly in the microwave so that it becomes spreadable. After the cookies have cooled down, fill two of them with the nut nougat and put them together. Finally, dip half of the nut – nougat drops in chocolate icing.

Preparation Tip:

For variety, the nut nougat drops can also be dipped in white chocolate icing and sprinkled with chopped pumpkin seeds.
