A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

1. remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms, cut the caps into six parts. Clean the mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and lord’s mushrooms, perhaps halving them. Peel and finely dice the shallots, peel and finely slice the garlic.

2. Heat 3 tbsp. oil, sauté shiitake mushrooms, men’s rooms mushrooms and mushrooms in it at high temperature. Season with salt and pepper. Add shallots and garlic. Fry for 1 minute, add the oyster mushrooms. Pour vinegar and veal stock, open over medium heat for 15 min.

Pluck and chop the kitchen herbs. Cut tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds.

4. 6 minutes before the end of cooking, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Season the char fillets lightly with salt, sear for about 1 minute on the skin side, turn to the other side and roast over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.
