Instructions:

For the mini scones with strawberries prepare the scones dough. To do this, knead the butter with the flour and sugar. Mix the egg with the whipped cream and gradually stir in a little flour until a soft dough is formed.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out with cookie cutters (e.g.: heart shape) and place on a baking tray with wrapping paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes.

Whip the whipped cream with the sugar until firm and halve or quarter the strawberries. Spread some of the whipped cream on the cold scones and garnish with strawberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and arrange the mini scones with strawberries on a platter.
