For the Milka cake, first separate the eggs. Mix the yolks and sugar. Then beat the egg whites until stiff.

Fold in grated nuts (mixed with baking powder) and beaten egg whites. Fill the dough into a greased cake tin and bake at 160 degrees.

Let cool. Cut halved bananas into pieces of about 4 cm and place on the cake base.

Briefly boil chocolate with 1/8 l whipped cream. Allow to cool well.

When the chocolate mixture is almost solid, spread over the bananas and place the cake briefly in the freezer.

Whip the remaining whipped cream with cream stiffener and coat the cake with it.
