Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean and rinse the paksoi. Cut the leaves into wide strips and the fleshy ribs into fine strips. Clean and rinse the bell bell pepper and cut into quarters. Cut the bell pepper quarters and the chicken breast fillet into narrow strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a wok or possibly a large frying pan. Add the meat and paksoi ribs and stir-fry for 2 min until hearty. Fold in the onion, garlic and sambal ölek. Add paksoi leaves and bell bell pepper to the wok form and roast for another 2 min.

Mix in the cooked soy sauce, noodles, crab tails and sugar. Stir-fry the whole thing for 3 min until cooked and hot. Season with salt and ketjap manis. Bring to the table with sambal ölek for seasoning.
