Noodle dishes are just always delicious!

Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the vermicelli in oil, one small unit at a time. The oil must be very hot so that they become crispy. Drain them on a paper towel.

Then scoop the oil out of the wok until about a quarter cup remains. Saute the garlic and shallot in it until golden. Add the chicken, shrimp and pork and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tofu and the sprouts. Everything is seasoned with the spices to taste.
