Preparation (about 50 min):

Make a smooth dough from all the dough ingredients and rise for about 20 min, kneading briefly repeatedly. Roll out the dough into a patty (approx. 30 cm ø), place on a greased baking tray and spread with aiwar.

Fry the onion strips and zucchini slices together with the sliced garlic in hot olive oil in a frying pan for a short time*, cool to hand heat and spread evenly on the prepared dough.

Place the tomato slices, sliced mushrooms and olive rings on the patty form, sprinkle with thyme, finally spread crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top and bake for about ten minutes*. Bake in the oven at about 190 °C for 15 to 18 min., at the end season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
