Instructions:

Dust veal with a little flour, mix with bacon or egg, lemon zest, ham and parsley. Season vigorously. Form into a pie dish and pour veal stock over it.

Cut out steam hole in center of rolled out dough, brush edges with water and place over dish, pressing edge firmly.

Bake in the middle of the oven heated to 225 degrees for fifteen min. Turn heat down to 160 degrees and bake another fifty to sixty min. Remove and cool.
