Instructions:

First peel and grate potatoes. Cut spinach into small pieces.

Carefully mix spinach, eggs and potatoes in a bowl, season.

Using a spoon, shape half of the potato mixture into oval circles about 1 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (2 per person). Place half a slice of meat loaf on each, cover with the remaining potato mixture, press well until smooth.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 30 minutes.

Serve with a sauce of your choice.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach leaves, thawed.
