Cut fennel into thin slices. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Fry the slices in portions until golden brown on both sides.

Pour the rest of the oil into a dessert dish. Squeeze garlic directly into it. Season with salt and pepper. Chop parsley and add.
